When do you ship?
We ship at the end of each month. If you order after the 8th, we will ship your first box the next month. All coffee that we send is roasted on order (we don’t stock any coffee), and we only ship once a month.
Who is the next featured roaster?
It’s a secret! The next roaster is announced after shipment.
How long does it take for the coffee box to arrive in my country?

What type of coffee is it?
We only ship single origin, specialty coffee roasted for filter brews. No blends. We work with roasters that roast light/nordic style roast.
Do you ship whole beans?
Yes, we only ship whole beans. We have chosen not to offer pre-ground beans because of the loss of taste.
Do you ship as gift?
Yes we do! Choose "Ship as gift" at checkout.

How do you choose the monthly coffees?
We pick an interesting coffee roaster and we ask them to send us their best coffees. We cup them, brew them, sniff them, until we find the three coffees we like best.
When is last date to order?
Last date to order is the 8th each month.
How much is it?
Depends on the box you choose. Our monthly subscription starts at 24 €. Worldwide shipping is included in all subscriptions.
How can I track my package?
We do not offer international tracking. We ship with Postnord, so for Swedish receivers you’ll be notified automatically if you have the Postnord App (or Mina Paket) and have tied it to your phone number or email address.
How do I know if you have sent me my coffee?
We send out an email when the coffee is on its way. We ship at the end of the month.
How often do you rotate between roasters?
We rotate roasters every month. We never ship coffee from the same roaster within the next 12 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime! Log in at beanportal.com/customerportal/ to control your subscription. You can also contact us to cancel.
How do I change my e-mail/password/shipping address/subscription?
Go to beanportal.com/customerportal/ to control your subscription. If you need to change shipping address close to last day of payment (8th each month), also send us an e-mail.
